The Washington, DC Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Church Of God In Christ has five (5) districts of local churches. Each District has a superintendent that is the representative of the Bishop of the Washington, DC Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Church Of God In Christ in respect to local church matters in his district,  and has general supervision over all local churches in his district.  District Superintendents are appointed or remove by the Jurisdiction prelate as provided by the constitution of the Church Of God In Christ.  It is the responsibility of the Superintendent to travel through his assigned district so that he may oversee the spiritual and temporal affairs of the churches, at least twice a year, and to give the local pastors in his district his personal influence and assistance when there is need.  Below is a listing of each district, it's assigned superintendent, the local churches and pastors of the churches within each district. If the district has a website you simply click the district name and you will be provided additional information about the District,  District meeting dates, times, video, pictures and much more.  Please refer to the local church directory tab at top of this screen to access the Website of a local church.  If a local church does not have a website you are provided directions by simply clicking the church address.
